ASHLEE BARTON - GROUP & CLINICAL PILATES
Ashlee is a Stott Pilates® trained Matwork and Reformer Pilates Instructor. She is also a qualified instructor in XtendBarre, Power Plate and Thump Boxing, and holds a Cert IV in Fitness & Allied Health Assistance. Her focus in pilates teaching lies in the correction of biomechanics, posture and joint alignment. She also likes to have a bit of fun whilst giving a good workout.
Ashlee is also a professional independent contemporary dancer, involved in both performance and choreography. She trained as a dancer with a Bachelor of Arts (Dance) in 2009 at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). She is currently combining her passion for dance and movement analysis by writing a thesis paper on biomechanics and injury prevention in professional contemporary dancers. Ashlee has a passion for all things dance, art, fitness, nutrition, health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys the arts scene, spending her time visiting galleries and museums, as well as finding quaint cafes that serve a delicious coffee.

Ashlee is available for group classes and 1:1 Clinical Pilates after classes on Monday evenings from 6.30pm and Saturdays: 8.00am to 2.00pm
