Principle practitioner, Lahn U has a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Therapies, Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and is a fully certified Stott Pilates® instructor. She also has a Cert IV in Training & Assessment and moonlight's as an education content writer for a tertiary level Myotherapy course.
With over 22 years of full time clinical experience working alongside other health professionals such as Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and Naturopaths, Lahn's treatment principles are based on helping you to move pain free through postural improvement, pain management and functional training. Lahn is a member of the Massage & Myotherapy Association which strives for continued education of its members and to improve quality of service within the massage industry. She likes to maintain her well being by watching Kdramas and tending to her veggie patch. She also enjoys spicy margaritas because it feels like holidays, regular massages and Pilates.
