PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES FOR PILATES: Clinical Pilates sessions including Small Group Clinical Pilates may be claimable on private health insurance. HCF now accept claims for Pilates under Health Management Programs with a referral from your GP or Physiotherapist. Please speak to your PRIVATE HEALTH FUND to see if you qualify for rebates. Please note: Clinical Pilates sessions are run by Pilates Instructors who have undergone extra training to help pre/postnatal clients, sports injuries, postural issues and special populations,

Note: ALL Massage/Myotherapy and Pilates Multipacks MUST be paid in advance for the discounted price to be valid. Please note the expiry date for all session passes. A receipt will be issued at the time of your purchase either online or in person to enable you to claim private health rebates where applicable.
All sessions times include the consultation, clinical assessment, treatment and necessary exercise advice. Our practitioners are properly trained and have a duty of care to provide quality health care which requires appropriate assessment before we treat. We do NOT diagnose ailments. Please seek advice from your GP or medical specialist if in doubt.

An Initial consultation is highly recommended for new clients to our clinic. Includes postural assessment, soft tissue treatment, stretching or exercise advice. Follow up sessions will vary depending on your individual needs.
