Lenora Allmich holds an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy from the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy 2016. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy which she will complete at the end of 2021.
Lenora’s treatments focus on utilising her knowledge of pain science and management to provide relief from chronic pain conditions as well as other musculoskeletal issues such as tendinopathies. She uses a range of techniques such as Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and Exercise Rehabilitation to work with her clients to achieve their health goals. Lenora is a member of the Myotherapy Association Australia (MAA) and is accredited with all private health funds. In her younger years, Lenora was a state representative for field hockey, so understands the time and commitment required to play sport at an elite level. Those days behind her, she still enjoys playing hockey at a social level and is looking forward to signing up for Masters!
