Principle practitioner, Lahn U has a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Therapies, Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and is a fully certified Stott Pilates® instructor. With over 17 years of full time clinical experience working alongside other health professionals such as Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists and Naturopaths, Lahn's treatment principles are based on helping you to move pain free through postural improvement, pain management and functional training.
Lahn is a member of the Massage & Myotherapy Association which strives for continued education of its members and to improve quality of service within the massage industry. She likes to maintain her well being by playing with her children and painting in her spare time. She also enjoys good food, regular massages and Pilates.
