NIKAELA GENIO - CLINICAL MYOTHERAPY

Nikaela (Nikki) has a Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and also holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University. Nikki is a registered member of Myotherapy Association Australia and is accredited with all private health funds.

Nikki is passionate about helping her clients move their best by utilising her profound knowledge of both anatomy and biomechanics to find the cause of your pain and treat the body wholistically. Nikki achieves this through thorough clinical assessment and uses soft tissue therapy including Remedial Massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, joint mobilisations, exercise prescription and rehabilitation advice in her sessions.

Hailing from country Victoria- Kyabram, Nikki previously studied and lived in Geelong before calling Melbourne home. Nikki has always been active, dancing for 15 years (jazz, ballet, contemporary and hip hop), was a state hurdler and relay runner as well as having played netball her whole life. Currently, Nikki plays for the North Footscray Football Netball Club in the Western Region Football League as well as playing social mixed netball on weeknights.

In her spare time Nikki likes to participate in regular HIIT/strength workouts, walks around the river, reading and listening to podcasts, playing netball, going out for brunch and watching the Tiges play footy on TV.
